90th Anniversary

Berkeley Bay Area Alumnae Chapter (“BBAAC”) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. celebrates 90 years of commitment to Sisterhood, Scholarship, Service and Social Action. BBAAC formerly Omega Sigma, chartered in 1934, by Vivian Osborne Marsh, the 7th National President of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., is the oldest and largest alumnae chapter in Northern California. Vivian Osborne Marsh served as the chapter’s first president, and we are excited to celebrate the legacy of sisterhood and service that she established, which has endured until today in the greater Berkeley and Oakland Bay Area communities.
